New week - new determination
Hi everyone. Hope you had a great weekend.
I had a wonderful weekend but did very little exercise which is unusual so i will have to make up for it during the week. I wasn’t too bad with my food intake but we went out to dinner last night with friends and I definitely ate too much.
I ordered pasta with asparagus and mushrooms (when I probably should have had fish) and that came with a huge salad. We also had lots of wine. My daughter is helping me to keep away from icecream and chocolate which i really appreciate. I need to step up my progress a bit if I want to fit into those white jeans by June.
I am trying to have my protein shakes more regularly as I find it hard to eat enough protein. I was a vegetarian for 20 years (not anymore) and am not in the habit of eating much meat. Have a good week everyone and stick to it!
I bet you cannot always stay away from all the tempting food. But it is agood thing coz you know what is good and what is much. Yah its’ your aiming for your goal and that’s the motivation. And your family is very supportive. You will be in shape. Take care!
